Missed Reactions

Your scanner is ready. Your radiologist is an hour away.

Every canceled contrast study is revenue you already paid for. The scanner is bought, the tech is on the clock, the patient is scheduled, and one physician absence sends the whole day sideways. Alabama imaging centers from Birmingham to the Black Belt run into the same wall: contrast capacity is capped by who can physically be in the building. Tether removes that ceiling. Your technologist reaches a board-certified radiologist in under 23 seconds, and your contrast schedule stops depending on anyone's commute.

What changes when coverage is never the question

Stop rescheduling contrast patients

Grow volume without growing payroll

Technologists who walk in ready

Audit-ready without the paperwork

Live in weeks, not quarters

From first call to first supervised scan

Step one — the twenty-minute call

We scope your sites, modalities, operating hours, and current coverage. You get a straight answer on what your program looks like and what it costs, usually before we hang up.

Step two — we prepare your center

Hardware deployment, physician credentialing and state licensure, technologist training, reaction kit placement, and your supervision documentation. Setup is our job, not yours.

Step three — one button, seconds to a physician

Your technologist presses once and reaches a credentialed physician. Sessions document themselves. You get monthly QA summaries and a partner watching your state's rules.

Where Alabama stands

Alabama is one of the few states with an affirmative ruling authorizing virtual contrast supervision. In 2023 the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners confirmed that an ARRT-certified technologist may administer contrast for CT or MRI under virtual physician supervision, with a qualified clinician on site. Tether's onboarding is built to that ruling.

Important note

This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Supervision requirements vary by facility type, license category, modality, and payer and accreditation requirements, and they change over time. Facilities should confirm applicable requirements with their own counsel.
