By accessing or using the Website or Application, or by receiving any Services from Tether Supervision (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Authorized Use

A. Business and Professional Use

The Services are intended for imaging centers, healthcare organizations, clinical staff, and other authorized users acting in a professional capacity. By using the Services, you represent that you:


  • Are authorized by your employer or facility;

  • Will comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA;

  • Will use the Services only for legitimate clinical, administrative, or operational purposes associated with Tether Supervision.


B. Acceptable Use

You may not:


  • Access or attempt to access the Services without proper authorization;

  • Interfere with, probe, or test the security or vulnerability of the Website, Application, or network;

  • Scrape, index, harvest, or mine data from the Services;

  • Upload harmful code, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt platform performance;

  • Misuse supervision workflows, training content, alerts, or communication features.


We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation.

No Medical or Legal Advice

The Services support clinical workflows but do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or legal advice.


  • Blog posts, training materials, videos, and educational modules are for informational purposes only.

  • Supervising radiologists connected to the Application act in their independent professional capacity.

  • Decisions about patient care remain solely with the treating clinicians at the imaging center.



Reliance on general content on the Website is at your own risk.

Accounts and Access Credentials

A. Account Creation

To use the Application, you or your employer may be required to create an account. You agree to:


  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Immediately update any changes (e.g., role, facility, contact information).


B. Responsibility for Your Account

You are responsible for:


  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;

  • All actions taken using your credentials, authorized or not;

  • Promptly notifying Tether Supervision of any suspected compromise.


We may decline, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect security or enforce these Terms.

To use the Application, you or your employer may be required to create an account. You agree to:


  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Immediately update any changes (e.g., role, facility, contact information).


B. Responsibility for Your Account

You are responsible for:


  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;

  • All actions taken using your credentials, authorized or not;

  • Promptly notifying Tether Supervision of any suspected compromise.


We may decline, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect security or enforce these Terms.

Customer Agreements and Payment

Pricing, invoicing, refunds, scope of services, and service-level expectations are governed by your Master Services Agreement (MSA), statement of work, or customer contract.

These Terms govern general use of the Website and Application; the MSA controls if there is any conflict.

Intellectual Property

A. Ownership

All content, technology, software, documentation, logos, trademarks, protocols, and training materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Tether Supervision or its licensors.


B. Restrictions

You may not:


  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent;

  • Create derivative works;

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Application;

  • Remove proprietary notices or branding.


C. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for authorized clinical and operational use within your organization.

A. Clinical Responsibilities

Tether Supervision provides real-time supervision and communication technology, but it does not replace the responsibility of onsite clinical staff. You agree that:


  • Onsite technologists maintain responsibility for patient positioning, monitoring, and immediate safety actions;

  • Emergency escalation protocols must be followed per facility policy;

  • Use of any Alerts, “Emergency” buttons, or messaging tools does not transfer clinical risk or liability to Tether Supervision.


B. System Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Tether Supervision Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.


Where PHI is involved:


  • Tether Supervision acts as a business associate under HIPAA;

  • Customers remain responsible for their own HIPAA compliance and end-user access control;

  • PHI will never be used for advertising, sales, or unrelated analytics.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Tether Supervision Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.


Where PHI is involved:


  • Tether Supervision acts as a business associate under HIPAA;

  • Customers remain responsible for their own HIPAA compliance and end-user access control;

  • PHI will never be used for advertising, sales, or unrelated analytics.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.


Tether Supervision does not guarantee:


  • Real-time availability of supervising radiologists;

  • Clinical outcomes;

  • Error-free educational or training content;

  • That the Application will meet all regulatory or facility-specific requirements.


Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security changes.

Material updates will be posted on the Website or within the Application. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Supplement A: Training Terms and Conditions

These Training Terms apply to all educational materials provided by Tether Supervision, including contrast reaction modules, virtual supervision workflow training, and operational videos.


  1. Educational Use Only. Training does not confer licensure, credentialing, or clinical privileges.

  2. No Medical or Legal Advice. Training materials are informational, not clinical directives.

  3. Participant Responsibilities. You must follow facility policies, exercise professional judgment, and escalate concerns to appropriate supervisors.

  4. Intellectual Property. Training materials may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

  5. Liability Disclaimer. Tether Supervision is not liable for clinical decisions or outcomes associated with use of training materials.

  6. Updates. Training materials may be revised periodically; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

These Giveaway Terms apply to all promotions, sweepstakes, and prize drawings conducted by Tether Supervision, including event-based entries, digital submissions, and any prizes awarded.

  1. Eligibility. Must be U.S. residents aged 18+; employees of Tether Supervision are not eligible.

  2. Entry. One entry per individual via the designated event form.

  3. Prizes. Non-transferable; no cash substitution.

  4. Winner Selection. Random draw; winners must respond within 7 days.

  5. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

  6. Publicity. Participants consent to reasonable promotional use of their name and likeness unless prohibited by law.

  7. Liability. Tether Supervision is not responsible for technical issues, late entries, or prize fulfillment delays.

  8. Right to Modify. We may modify or cancel a Giveaway at our discretion.
