Missed Reactions

When one person is out, your whole contrast schedule is out.

Most county-seat facilities in Indiana run contrast on the days a specific radiologist is available. That works until it does not, and then patients get called and rescheduled and some of them never come back. Indianapolis-area networks have a different version of the problem: contrast slots that close at five because that is when coverage ends. Tether replaces both with a physician network that answers in under 23 seconds, every hour you are open.

What changes when coverage is never the question

Stop rescheduling contrast patients

Grow volume without growing payroll

Technologists who walk in ready

Audit-ready without the paperwork

Live in weeks, not quarters

From first call to first supervised scan

Step one — the twenty-minute call

We scope your sites, modalities, operating hours, and current coverage. You get a straight answer on what your program looks like and what it costs, usually before we hang up.

Step two — we prepare your center

Hardware deployment, physician credentialing and state licensure, technologist training, reaction kit placement, and your supervision documentation. Setup is our job, not yours.

Step three — one button, seconds to a physician

Your technologist presses once and reaches a credentialed physician. Sessions document themselves. You get monthly QA summaries and a partner watching your state's rules.

Where Indiana stands

Indiana rule contains no physical presence requirement for contrast supervision, and the Indiana Department of Health confirmed directly in February 2026 that state rule does not address virtual supervision or contrast administration. Tether builds to the CMS permanent rule.

This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Supervision requirements vary by facility type, license category, modality, and payer and accreditation requirements, and they change over time. Facilities should confirm applicable requirements with their own counsel.
