Winter turns a one-hour transfer into a three-hour problem.

Iron Range, Arrowhead, and western Minnesota facilities serve catchments measured in counties, and for four months a year the roads make every alternative worse. When contrast coverage lapses at the local hospital, patients wait or travel. Twin Cities and Rochester networks have the cost problem instead: extending contrast hours across multiple sites without multiplying physician spend. Tether covers both with credentialed Minnesota-licensed physicians available every hour you operate.

What changes when coverage is never the question

Stop rescheduling contrast patients

Grow volume without growing payroll

Technologists who walk in ready

Audit-ready without the paperwork

Live in weeks, not quarters

From first call to first supervised scan

Step one — the twenty-minute call

We scope your sites, modalities, operating hours, and current coverage. You get a straight answer on what your program looks like and what it costs, usually before we hang up.

Step two — we prepare your center

Hardware deployment, physician credentialing and state licensure, technologist training, reaction kit placement, and your supervision documentation. Setup is our job, not yours.

Step three — one button, seconds to a physician

Your technologist presses once and reaches a credentialed physician. Sessions document themselves. You get monthly QA summaries and a partner watching your state's rules.

Where Minnesota stands

The Minnesota Department of Health confirmed in February 2026 that Minnesota X-ray Rules contain no requirement for a physician to be physically present when contrast is used in CT imaging, and that MRI falls outside the X-ray Unit's authority. Fluoroscopy requires a practitioner in the room.
