Tether Supervision (Contrast Coverage Texas, PLLC) (“Tether Supervision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) solely for
educational purposes related to contrast reaction management, virtual supervision workflows, and related clinical skills.
Completion of this course
does not confer licensure, certification, credentialing, or independent clinical privileges. Participants must comply with all facility-specific policies, clinical oversight requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.
2. Participant ResponsibilitiesBy participating in this training, you agree to:Use your own professional judgment and clinical protocols when applying any information learned.Seek immediate clinical or supervisory consultation if uncertain during patient care.
Recognize that simulation scenarios, contrast workflows, and emergency protocols provided here are
educational examples, not individualized medical directives.
