From December 1st through December 4th, Tether Supervision (DBA Contrast Coverage Texas, PLLC) (“Tether Supervision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) will host a Giveaway at RSNA. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the United States.
• Employees of Tether Supervision and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Additional eligibility criteria may apply as specified in the Giveaway announcement.

How to Enter

• Participants may enter by filling out the designated form at RSNA between December 1st and December 4th, 2024.
• Only one entry per individual is permitted.

Prizes

Prizes for this Giveaway include:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the form (e.g., email or phone).
• If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes and Fees
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or costs associated with claiming the prize.

Conditions of Participation

Tether Supervision Training – Terms and Conditions

This training is provided by Tether Supervision (Contrast Coverage Texas, PLLC) (“Tether Supervision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) solely for educational purposes related to contrast reaction management, virtual supervision workflows, and related clinical skills.

Completion of this course does not confer licensure, certification, credentialing, or independent clinical privileges. Participants must comply with all facility-specific policies, clinical oversight requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.

2. Participant Responsibilities
By participating in this training, you agree to:Use your own professional judgment and clinical protocols when applying any information learned.Seek immediate clinical or supervisory consultation if uncertain during patient care.

Recognize that simulation scenarios, contrast workflows, and emergency protocols provided here are educational examples, not individualized medical directives.

3. No Medical or Legal Advice
The training materials are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or guarantee clinical outcomes.Tether Supervision does not assume responsibility for patient care decisions made based on this training.

Participants should always consult qualified healthcare professionals and follow employer policies when delivering patient care.

4. Intellectual Property
