The Role:
We are looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery for Tether Supervision’s rapidly growing network of imaging centers. This is a critical role: you will ensure that every shift, every supervising radiologist, and every imaging center runs safely, smoothly, and on time. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy building operational systems that scale nationally, this role is for you.
You will work directly with the CEO and COO to strengthen our scheduling, onboarding, QA, compliance, and customer success workflows as we expand from 85 to 125+ centers.
What we are looking for:
2–4+ years of experience in operations, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or clinical support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Able to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under pressure.
Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, or willingness to learn quickly.
Comfortable working with scheduling tools, ticketing systems, or EMR-like operational platforms.
Nice-to-have:
Experience supporting radiology groups, imaging centers, or telehealth operations.
Prior exposure to contrast protocols, technologist workflows, or radiology operations.
Experience coordinating contractors or managing shift-based coverage.
Timezone: US Central or Eastern.
Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, or operations tooling.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily and weekly supervision schedules across radiologists and imaging centers.
Monitor real-time operations dashboards to identify issues, delays, or emergencies requiring escalation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technologists during supervised hours.
Track utilization, session hours, and coverage gaps; ensure accurate billing inputs.
Monitor contractor (radiologist) availability, confirm shifts, and assist in onboarding new clinicians.
Support compliance workflows including credentialing, documentation, incident logs, and QA.
Maintain accurate operational records, shift logs, and customer notes.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve service delivery.
Your benefits with Tether:
Be part of a mission-driven team: Your work directly impacts patient safety and clinical readiness across the country.
Make an impact: You will help shape the backbone of virtual contrast supervision at scale.
Transparency: Clear expectations, compensation structure, and role ownership.
Growth and autonomy: As we expand from 85 to 125+ centers, you will play a critical role in shaping operations strategy.
Ownership: Take ownership of your workflows and help define national virtual supervision standards.
