The Role:
We are looking for an Internal Operations Manager to own the essential administrative, financial, and cross-functional workflows that keep Tether Supervision running. This is a highly versatile role: you will manage payroll, billing, credentialing, vendor coordination, and a host of internal projects that arise as we scale. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving problems across multiple domains, and can shift seamlessly between finance, operations, sales support, and marketing tasks, this role is a strong fit.
You will work directly with the CEO, COO, and department leads to streamline internal processes, ensure accuracy across all financial and compliance workflows, and help build the infrastructure needed to support Tether’s next phase of growth.
What we are looking for:
2–5+ years of experience in operations, administrative management, finance coordination, or similar multi-disciplinary roles.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership over recurring tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and credentialing files.
Comfortable juggling many different task types; able to prioritize without hand-holding in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with staff, clinicians, clients, and external partners.
Familiarity with billing systems, payroll tools, Google Workspace, and basic financial reporting.
Experience managing or coordinating credentialing workflows, licenses, documents, and compliance records (or the ability to learn quickly).
Comfortable supporting sales and marketing teams with administrative prep, outreach coordination, materials organization, and CRM hygiene.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, or credentialing.
Prior experience supporting executive teams or founders at high-growth organizations.
Basic understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, and medical compliance documentation.
Experience with QuickBooks, Gusto, Stripe, or similar tools.
Experience assisting marketing teams with content distribution, event logistics, or campaign operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll workflows for contractors and staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections; maintain accurate customer and financial records.
Handle credentialing and compliance files for supervising physicians, including license tracking, renewals, and documentation audits.
Support sales operations: update CRM entries, coordinate follow-ups, prepare materials, and help with outreach lists.
Assist marketing with light operations tasks such as content scheduling, asset organization, and campaign logistics.
Manage internal administrative needs: vendor onboarding, expense tracking, purchasing, scheduling, and contract management.
Serve as a flexible problem-solver for miscellaneous tasks that arise across departments, from research to customer follow-up to operations clean-up.
Coordinate cross-functional workflows with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep information flowing and tasks unblocked.
Support leadership with special projects, internal reporting, and process improvements.
Maintain organized digital systems and ensure that documents, logs, and workflows stay up to date.
Your benefits with Tether:
Be part of a mission-driven team: Your work directly impacts patient safety and clinical readiness across the country.
High visibility: You will work directly with leadership and be trusted with core internal processes.
Make an impact: You will help shape the backbone of virtual contrast supervision at scale.
Transparency: Clear expectations, compensation structure, and role ownership.
Growth and skill development: This role exposes you to finance, clinical operations, credentialing, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Ownership: Take ownership of your workflows and help define national virtual supervision standards.
