The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and expansion across Tether Supervision’s rapidly growing network of imaging centers and radiology groups. This is a frontline role: you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, the guide through our solution, and the partner who ensures every center understands how Tether improves safety, compliance, throughput, and staffing reliability.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to refine outreach, build pipeline, and close deals as we scale from 85 to 125+ centers and beyond.
What we are looking for:
2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Experience selling into healthcare systems, clinics, imaging centers, or other regulated environments.
Ability to confidently lead demos, discovery calls, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical workflows (video, supervision, scheduling) in simple, compelling terms.
Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline; comfortable using CRMs and structured sales processes.
A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and thrives in high-growth environments.
Comfortable speaking with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders (Tech Supervisors, Imaging Directors, Radiology Chiefs, CEOs).
Nice-to-have:
Experience selling healthcare services, telehealth, or clinical infrastructure solutions.
Knowledge of radiology workflows, contrast protocols, and direct supervision requirements.
Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, or similar tools.
Understanding of healthcare procurement cycles and budgeting processes.
Timezone: US Central or Eastern preferred.
Responsibilities:
Build and own a high-quality pipeline of imaging centers, radiology groups, and outpatient clinics.
Run discovery calls, walkthroughs, and demos that clearly articulate our supervision model and operational value.
Work closely with Operations to price proposals, scope supervision hours, and design onboarding plans.
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → close.
Help refine messaging, materials, and positioning for a diverse customer set (IDTFs, multi-center operators, hospital systems).
Track all activities, forecasts, and metrics with accuracy and rigor.
Partner with Product + Engineering to reflect customer feedback that strengthens our platform and service delivery.
Represent Tether Supervision at conferences (e.g., RSNA), webinars, and customer training sessions.
